eXtractoflex was developed by MultiCIM Technologies Inc. using open-architecture concepts in order to easily integrate with and complement existing business systems.
This software design and development effort was as a result of our over 10 years of experience with document imaging and automated forms processing using other software vendorsÂ’ solutions. Over the many years of using third-party software to deliver business process automation solutions we discovered that often times the restriction imposed by their tools were preventing us from delivering optimal solutions. We therefore invariably had to undertake extreme development efforts to compensate for critical deficiencies to ensure project success. Our experiences led us to conclude that many of these commercial class data capture tools were quite expensive yet insufficiently flexible to accommodate the demands of automating the processing of semi-structured forms such as invoices and purchase orders.
In 2004 we commenced the development of our flexible and affordable document data extraction solution, eXtractoflex, using our many years of experience to make sure we create a quality tool using advanced technology tools and methodologies. In order to accelerate integration efforts where data and documents need to be processed or transformed by multiple external applications including eXtractoflex we take advantage of the MultiCIM Technologies Inc developed eXadox Rapid Application Development technology. This is a forms-driven technology based on XML and Services Oriented Architecture. |
